Poor Sleep Hygiene

Sleep Hygiene is the way you treat your sleep.  Things like going to bed early, not waking up in the middle of the night, and waking up naturally are examples of good sleep hygiene.  But bad sleep hygiene can lead to problems.

Neurological Problems

Reasons for sleep deprivation could vary, from it being from self-inflicted things that could get fixed easily, or a more troublesome reason.  Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, and Depression could ber reason or sleep deprivation.
